    Our focus on changing these behaviours is because they account for 40% of all years lived with ill health and disability. Using exercise coaching as a catalyst for better lifestyle choices, could lead to an 80% reduction in new cases of heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes, and a 40% reduction in new cases of cancer. 


Public Commitment

What do we need members of the public to commit to be involved in the Fit 2 programme.

  • Attend a Fit 2 Health Check-In once every two months (30 minute appointment)

  • Use the free coaching offered by Fit 2 UK to make effortless changes to your lifestyle that will transform your health for the better.

  • Consistently achieve three or more activity sessions each week. These can be any activity you like. They don’t have to be gym workouts.

At the end of your Fit 2 Check-In your coach will talk with you about your results and what they mean. You can discuss what you’ve done over the last 2 months that’s worked well for you. Then you’ll talk about what you can do over the next two months to improve your results if needed, or maintain them while continuing to enjoy a healthier life.

    Your body needs exercise like it needs food, water and sleep. The goals of the Fit 2 coaching systems go beyond optimising the markers set out in the Health and Fitness Checks. The coaching we will deliver will be based on best practices to avoid insulin resistance and Improve VO2 max (Maximum rate of Oxygen your body is able to use). Data shows these are the most effective ways to improve the country’s health and reduce illness rates. Fit 2 isn’t a one size fits all coaching system. Trust us to help you find exercise that you will enjoy, so you can live a healthier life.

    The Fit 2 Check-In will help the public learn about their current health status and our coaches will teach individuals how to effectively improve their fitness.

  • Coach

    Creating a plan is easy. Sticking to it is harder. Every time you hit a barrier, our coaches will have the tools to help you. We will achieve better health and success together

  • Support

    We are passionate about transforming physical and mental health. Sustaining poor health isn’t an option. Our coaches failing to make the UK healthy isn’t an option.
